Job summary

Resolve Solutions- West Allis is seeking a compassionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our rehabilitation team at a skilled nursing facility in the West Allis area. The role focuses on improving communication, cognition, and swallowing function to enhance residents’ quality of life.

You will conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, collaborate with physicians and families, and document progress in accordance with Medicare and facility guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
  • Current Wisconsin SLP license required.
  • CCC-SLP certification preferred.
  • Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or post-acute settings preferred.
  • Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills.
  • Commitment to resident-centered care.
