Job summary

About the Opportunity

We’re partnering with a respected healthcare organization that delivers high-quality outpatient care in a supportive, patient-first environment. They’re hiring a Speech Therapist (SLP) to join a collaborative clinical team and work with a diverse patient population—helping individuals improve speech, language, communication, and swallowing function.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Conduct speech, language, and swallowing evaluations for patients across the life span.
  • Assess and diagnose communication and swallowing disorders using evidence‑based methods.
  • Build individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical findings.
  • Deliver therapy interventions to improve speech clarity, language skills, cognition, and swallowing function.
  • Educate patients and families on goals, strategies, and home carryover for continued progress.
  • Document evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and outcomes accurately and on time.
  • Collaborate closely with providers across the care team (physicians, nursing, OT, etc.).
  • Stay current on best practices, techniques, and certifications to maintain high clinical standards.
What They’re Looking For
  • Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Current and valid state licensure as a Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP).
  • BLS certification (or ability to obtain).
  • 2+ years of speech therapy experience preferred (new grads welcome).
  • Strong knowledge of speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.
  • Confident communicator who works well in a team‑based environment.
  • Patient‑focused, empathetic, and professional—able to be direct when needed.
  • Organized and able to manage a full outpatient caseload with strong documentation habits.
