Cassia Community is looking for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join their Fargo Elim location in Fargo, ND. Responsibilities include assessing and diagnosing communication disorders, developing treatment plans, and providing therapy. Candidates must have a bachelor's degree and a current SLP license in North Dakota.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited speech‑therapy program and hold a bachelor’s degree.
• Current accredited North Dakota SLP license.
• Strong knowledge of state, federal, and local regulations.
• Experience developing care and discharge plans.
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals.
• Excellent communication skills for educating patients and families.
• Capable of performing essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Proficient in English communication, both written and verbal.
