Azza HealthCare Agency seeks a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to develop and implement speech therapy treatment programs across all ages in Texas. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to design patient-centered plans and ensure quality care.

The role involves evaluating diverse populations from neonates to geriatrics, delivering therapy, and maintaining documentation while adhering to licensure and safety standards.

Formación

• Degree in Speech-Language Pathology (Bachelor's or Master's).
• Valid state licensure to practice Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current BLS certification and driver's license required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide speech therapy services across all ages.
• Design and execute treatment plans per SLP standards.
• Communicate effectively with treatment teams and ensure safety compliance.

Qualifications & Skills

• Licensure and certification in speech-language pathology, with authorization to practice in the relevant state.
• Required certifications include Basic Life Support (BLS), auto insurance, and valid driver's license.
• Experience preferred in speech therapy, including home health and various clinical settings.

Key Duties: Provide speech therapy services, follow certification and licensure requirements, and ensure compliance with safety standards. Must obtain required certifications within ninety days of hire.
