Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency seeks a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist to plan and implement treatment programs for patients of all ages, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based care.

Responsibilities include developing therapy plans, assessing and treating communication and swallowing disorders, and maintaining compliant documentation for diverse patient populations. CPR and SLP licensure are required within 90 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology preferred.
• Licensed to practice Speech-Language Pathology and CPR certification required within 90 days of hire.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in speech therapy; experience with speech-language pathology preferred.
