Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist to develop and implement individualized speech therapy plans for patients across ages, from neonates to geriatrics, within a collaborative interdisciplinary team.

You will plan and execute therapy programs, collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care, and comply with Texas licensure and BLS requirements, with opportunities for home-based patient visits.

Educational Requirements:

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Experience (Preferred):

• One year of experience in Speech Therapy
• One year of experience in Home Health

Certifications/Licenses:

• Speech-Language Pathology License authorized in the state
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification (must be obtained within 90 days)
• Valid Texas Driver’s License
• Auto Insurance
