Lion Care in Saint Petersburg, Florida is seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist to join our rehab SNF team on a per diem basis. The role offers 20–30 hours per week across 5 days with opportunities to impact resident care, billing, and documentation.

Candidates may have SLP/CCC or SLP/CFY credentials and must be in good standing and licensed in Florida. The position features a supportive team, competitive wages, health and dental insurance, and PTO.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Speech Language Pathologist in Florida.
• Experience or specialty skills in LTC/SNF setting and geriatric population are preferred.
• Ability to relate positively to residents, families, and facility staff.

We are looking for a registered Speech Language Pathologist to join our rehab SNF team. We're looking for a driven, caring, passionate individual to join our talented rehab team.

This would be a PER DIEM position with 20-30 hours 5x week.

We will consider SLP/CCC and SLP/CFY.

Responsibilities

• Evaluation and Treatment of Residents
• Maintaining timely clinical documentation and billing of Speech Therapy services provided
• Effectively communicates with residents, families and facility staff
• Completes all specific duties related to resident care, record keeping, education, compliance and efficiency.
• Attend and participate in department meetings.

Requirements

• Must be a Speech Language Pathologist in good standing and currently licensed by the state of Florida.
• Must have clinical experience, education or specialty skills specific to LTC/SNF setting and geriatric population
• Must be able to relate positively and favorably to our customers and families and to work cooperatively with others.
• Related experience at a level necessary to accomplish the job.
