Your Role as a Speech Language Pathologist

As a Speech Language Pathologist , you play a vital role in helping patients regain their power back . You’re the key to assisting individuals in communicating, swallowing, and overcoming disorders or deficits. Your responsibilities include :

• Designing effective and efficient rehab service plans tailored to each patient.
• Working collaboratively with patients to execute those plans.
• Addressing the whole patient, recognizing their individuality, and enhancing their speech and communication abilities.
• Thriving in a dynamic environment, from cleaning equipment to participating in meetings.
• Collaborating with peers and making referrals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Teaching patients and caregivers the skills they need to promote independence and productivity.

Qualifications
