Regency Hermiston seeks a Speech Therapist to evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive disabilities, following state and federal guidelines.
The role plans and administers medically prescribed therapy, performs initial evaluations, and documents OASIS assessments, developing treatment plans with physicians, patients, and caregivers, to enhance residents’ independence and quality of life.
