Job summary

The Oxford Rehabilitation & Health Care Center in Haverhill is seeking a Speech Therapist to deliver patient assessment, care planning, and direct treatment to residents. This role offers full-time and part-time opportunities with competitive pay and weekly pay, reflecting commitment to excellent patient care.

Applicants must hold a BS or MS in Speech Therapy with current licensure. Two years of LTC experience are preferred, with new graduates welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science or Master of Science Degree in Speech Therapy.
• Current licensure by the applicable state agency.
• Two (2) years of clinical experience in long term care, preferred.
• CEU's per state licensure requirements.
• New graduates welcome!

Responsibilities

• Screen patients/residents and develop appropriate care plans.
• Evaluate patients/residents and provide direct treatment in accordance with an established plan of care.
• Participate in clinical team process and contribute to team meetings and decision-making.
• Provide teaching and training to care giver staff and supervisors.
• Monitor efficiencies on an ongoing basis in collaboration with supervisor.
