The Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Speech Therapist (SLP) to provide home-based speech therapy services to patients in the Longmont, Boulder, or Denver Metro area (30-mile radius). In this role, you will work closely with patients to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders to help improve their overall quality of life.

What You’ll Be Doing

· Conducting assessments and evaluations to determine patients' speech, language, and swallowing needs

· Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to address communication and swallowing challenges

· Providing therapy services to help patients regain or enhance their speech and language abilities

· Educating patients and families on communication techniques and strategies for improved daily interactions

· Monitoring patient progress and making adjustments to care plans as needed

· Collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care

Requirements

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred
• Experience in home health or clinical settings preferred
• Strong ability to develop treatment plans and work independently
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Licensed driver with current auto insurance and a good driving record
