Position Details

We are recruiting a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to provide virtual therapy services to approximately 46-56 students across various educational levels from preschool through middle school. This 35.5-hour weekly position utilizes our state-of-the-art virtual platform to deliver individualized interventions addressing diverse communication needs. The role emphasizes evidence-based practice, family collaboration, and innovative approaches to virtual therapy delivery.

Key Functions

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments using virtual evaluation methods
  • Develop targeted intervention plans based on individual student needs and IEP requirements
  • Provide direct therapy services through engaging virtual sessions with interactive digital tools
  • Collaborate extensively with educational teams, families, and related service providers
  • Maintain detailed records of student progress, therapy outcomes, and service documentation
  • Participate in IEP meetings, contributing professional expertise to educational planning decisions
  • Offer consultation services to teachers regarding communication supports and classroom strategies
  • Stay current with virtual therapy best practices and continuing education requirements
