Qualifications
Graduate from an accredited speech‑therapy program and hold a bachelor’s degree.
Current accredited North Dakota SLP license.
Strong knowledge of state, federal, and local regulations.
Experience developing care and discharge plans.
Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals.
Excellent communication skills for educating patients and families.
Capable of performing essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
Proficient in English communication, both written and verbal.
Responsibilities
Assess & diagnose communication disorders (speech, language, voice, fluency, swallowing).
Develop & implement personalized treatment plans to improve functional deficits.
Provide speech & language therapy through exercises and interventions.
Educate and support patients and families with communication strategies.
Monitor progress, document outcomes, and modify therapy plans as needed.
Collaborate with healthcare and education teams to ensure comprehensive care.
