Job summary

The Lakes Home Care in Naples, FL is seeking an enthusiastic team member to assist Speech-Language Pathologists in patient assessments, implementing therapy activities, and documenting progress during treatment sessions.

You will support development and modification of individualized treatment plans, instruct patients in speech and language exercises, and collaborate with the team to ensure high-quality care across pediatrics, adults, and geriatric settings.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist Speech-Language Pathologists in conducting patient assessments and gathering relevant information
