Job summary

The Lakes Home Care is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will diagnose, assess, and treat speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders across neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations in a home care setting.

You will conduct patient assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide therapy in collaboration with healthcare professionals, educators, and families, while maintaining

• Experience with patients of different age groups.
• Knowledge of IEPs.
• Familiarity with medical terminology related to speech pathology.
• Ability to work in critical care environments.
