Job summary

Encompass Health is seeking a Speech Pathologist to evaluate, design, and administer personalized therapy plans for patients with speech and language needs. Join a nationwide inpatient rehabilitation leader focused on compassionate, practical care and measurable outcomes.

You will identify issues, modify treatment as needed, and carefully document progress while celebrating patient victories and promoting continuous improvement in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC).
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master‘s degree preferred, or Bachelor‘s degree with field experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs.
• Identifying issues and modifying speech therapy treatment if necessary.
• Tracking and documenting patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
• Celebrating patient victories along the way.
