Encompass Health is hiring a Speech Pathologist to evaluate, treat, and monitor patients with speech and language needs. You will design individualized plans, deliver therapy, and adjust approaches based on progress, in a supportive inpatient rehabilitation setting.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CCC certification required for SLP.
• CPR certification required or obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master’s degree preferred, or Bachelor’s degree with field experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess patients to develop personalized treatment plans.
• Administer speech-language therapy and modify treatment as needed.
• Track, document, and report patient progress and outcomes.
• Celebrate patient victories and advance communication abilities.
