Encompass Health is seeking a Speech Pathologist to evaluate and treat patients with speech and language needs, develop personalized plans, and document progress in a supportive, technology-enabled environment at a nationwide rehabilitation leader.

The role requires current state licensure, CCC, CPR within 30 days, and a Master’s degree (or Bachelor with field experience); we offer comprehensive benefits starting day one and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• Successful completion of Speech-Language Pathology Clinical Certification (CCC).
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master’s degree preferred, or Bachelor’s degree with field experience.

Responsabilités

• Evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs.
• Identifying issues and modifying speech therapy treatment if necessary.
• Tracking and documenting patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
• Celebrating patient victories along the way.
