  • Participates in patient and family education regarding diagnoses, progress, and outcomes.
  • Maintains documentation compliant with departmental policies and chart reviews.
  • Meets productivity standards and supports department operations.
  • Provides supervision to Speech Therapists and sets annual goals with supervision.
  • Completes department assignments and supports equipment and supply care.
