Encompass Health is seeking a Speech Pathologist to join our inpatient rehabilitation team and help patients overcome speech and language challenges close to home, within a nationally recognized network.

You will evaluate, design, and implement personalized therapy plans, document progress, and collaborate with a passionate, inclusive team that values compassionate care and ongoing professional growth.

Qualifikationen

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CCC certification required.
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with field experience.

Aufgaben

• Evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs.
• Identifying issues and modifying speech therapy treatment if necessary.
• Tracking and documenting patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
• Celebrating patient victories along the way.

Ausbildung

State licensure or certification

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)

CPR certification

Master's degree preferred or Bachelor's with field experience
