Encompass Health is seeking a Speech Pathologist to provide comprehensive evaluation and therapy for patients with speech and language needs. You will develop and implement customized treatment plans, monitor progress, and adjust therapies to optimize outcomes in a supportive inpatient setting.

The role emphasizes empathy, patient-centered care, and collaboration with a broader team to drive meaningful improvements across our rehabilitation programs.

Qualifications

• State licensure/registration required by state regulations.
• CCC Certification required.
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master’s degree preferred, or Bachelor’s degree with field experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs.
• Identifying issues and modifying speech therapy treatment if necessary.
• Tracking and documenting patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
• Celebrating patient victories along the way.

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
