Job summary

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Las Vegas is seeking a Speech Pathologist to evaluate and treat patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs in a hospital setting. You will develop personalized treatment plans, document progress, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to drive meaningful improvements.

Requirements include state licensure as an SLP, CCC certification, CPR within 30 days of hire, and a Master’s degree preferred (or Bachelor’s with field experience).

Qualifications

• CCC certification required for practice.
• Active state licensure as speech-language pathologist.
• CPR certification required or obtained within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, assess, develop and administer individualized speech-language treatment plans.
• Identify issues and modify therapy as needed to maximize outcomes.
• Track and document patient progress and response to treatment.
• Celebrate patient victories and progress with the team.
