Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Wesley Chapel in Florida is seeking a Speech Pathologist to help patients regain communication abilities and quality life. You will evaluate and treat individuals, document progress, and collaborate with a compassionate team in a nationally recognized rehab system.

You must hold current state licensure, CCC, and CPR (or obtain within 30 days). A Master's degree is preferred, or a Bachelor's with relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure or certification in Speech-Language Pathology.
• CCC (ASHA) certification required.
• CPR certification required or obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master's degree is preferred; a Bachelor's degree with field experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, assess, develop, and administer personalized speech-language treatment plans.
• Identify issues and modify therapy as needed.
• Document patient progress and treatment responses.
• Support patients and celebrate milestones throughout recovery.
