Sentara Health is seeking a Speech Pathologist to join the Hampton Roads area acute care/IPR team in a PRN resource pool role. You will assess, plan, and implement rehabilitative programs addressing speech, swallowing, language, voice, and fluency disorders, and educate clients and caregivers.

LICENSES: VA License - Speech Pathology; BLS required. Master’s degree in Speech Pathology is expected, with 1 year of experience.

• Master’s degree in Speech Pathology required.
• VA license in Speech Pathology required.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

  We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $94,265.60 - $139,048.00 annually.Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs. Note: If an annual salary is posted, it is based on a full-time colleague working 2,080 hours annually.
