Job summary

Sentara Health in Virginia Beach, VA is seeking a Speech Pathologist (SLP) for Early Intervention (EI) in the Hampton and Newport News area. This part-time role (28 hours) offers dedicated time to assess and support children with speech, language, and swallowing disorders in a family-centered program.

You will collaborate with families and care teams to implement individualized plans, provide education, and monitor progress.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Virginia license to practice Speech-Language Pathology (VA SLP) required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $94,265.60 - $139,048.00 annually. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs. Note: If an annual salary is posted, it is based on a full-time colleague working 2,080 hours annually.
