Southwest Healthcare Inland Valley Hospital seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver high-quality patient care and work with interdisciplinary teams. You will develop treatment programs for patients with diverse disabilities and swallowing disorders, performing procedures that meet standards and hospital policies.
You will also support clients with speech, language, or swallowing impairment, with orientation to ensure regulatory compliance and core values alignment.
As a staff member providing clinical expertise you will be responsible for delivering excellence in patient care, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams based on patient and/or family needs, and providing quality and efficient services. You will develop and implement patient treatment programs, design programs for patients with varying degrees of disabilities and multiple medical problems, and perform professional procedures that meet the standards of the profession and the changing needs of the patient. Additionally, you will assist clients with speech, language, or swallowing impairments and practice in accordance with all regulatory, professional, legal, and hospital policies while consistently demonstrating behaviors that model the SWHS Core Values and the hospital’s mission statement.
Employee may be required to float to the other facility within Southwest Health (Rancho Springs and Inland Valley Hospital) based on operational needs, with appropriate orientation and competency validation provided.
