Job summary

Live Well Homecare is seeking a Speech Pathologist to deliver essential therapy for patients facing speech and communication challenges. You will evaluate, plan, and tailor interventions, track progress, and adapt approaches as needed to maximize outcomes.

The role requires state licensure or certification, CCC, and CPR eligibility within 30 days. A Master’s degree is preferred, or a Bachelor’s degree with relevant field experience.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification per state regulations.
• CCC certification (ASHA) is required.
• CPR certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology preferred or Bachelor’s with relevant field experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess patients and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Modify therapy approaches based on patient progress.
• Track and document patient performance, progress, and treatment responses.
• Support patient communication goals and celebrate patient victories.
