About the Role:

As a Speech Pathologist, you will play a critical role in assessing, diagnosing, and treating individuals with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders. Your work will directly impact the quality of life for clients across various age groups by helping them improve their communication abilities and overcome challenges. You will collaborate closely with families, educators, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs. This role requires a compassionate and patient-centered approach, ensuring that therapy sessions are engaging and effective. Ultimately, your expertise will empower clients to achieve greater independence and confidence in their daily interactions.

What We’re Looking For
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) or equivalent.
  • Valid state license to practice as a Speech Pathologist in the State of Wyoming.
  • Strong knowledge of speech and language development, disorders, and evidence-based intervention techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
