Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Lakeview is seeking a Speech Pathologist to deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy to patients in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. The role involves evaluating patients, developing personalized treatment plans, and tracking progress while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

The ideal candidate holds state licensure, ASHA CCC certification, and CPR (or willingness to obtain within 30 days).

Formación

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CCC Certification (ASHA) typically required/preferred.
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs.
• Identifying issues and modifying speech therapy treatment as necessary.
• Tracking and documenting patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
• Celebrating patient victories along the way.

Educación

Master’s degree preferred, or Bachelor’s degree with field experience
