Encompass Health is seeking a Speech Pathologist to evaluate and treat patients with speech and language needs, delivering personalized therapy plans and tracking progress. You will work with a team in a supportive setting that emphasizes growth and patient outcomes.

The role requires state licensure in Speech Therapy, CCC certification, and CPR/BLS either at hire or within 30 days. A Master's degree is preferred, with a Bachelor's degree acceptable with field experience.

Formación

• Current licensure in Speech Therapy as required by state regulations.
• CCC certification (ASHA) required.
• CPR certification required or obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's with field experience in the field.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate, assess, develop, and administer individualized therapy plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs.
• Identify issues and modify speech therapy treatment as necessary.
• Track, document, and report patient progress and response to treatment.
• Celebrate patient victories and support their communication goals.
