Job summary

Encompass Health in the United States is seeking a dedicated Speech Pathologist to evaluate, assess, develop, and administer personalized speech and language therapy plans for patients in our inpatient rehabilitation program.

You will work with a supportive, collaborative team, document progress, modify treatment as needed, and celebrate patient victories. Current licensure, CCC, CPR, and a master’s degree (or bachelor’s with experience) are required.

Qualifications

• Current licensure required by state regulations.
• CCC certification in Speech-Language Pathology.
• CPR certification required or obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's with field experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized speech and language treatment plans.
• Identifying issues and modifying therapy as needed.
• Tracking and documenting patient progress and response to treatment.
• Celebrating patient victories along the way.
