Job summary

Encompass Health is seeking a Speech Pathologist to provide individualized therapy for patients with speech and language challenges in a supportive, team-oriented environment. You will evaluate, design, and implement tailored treatment plans, monitor progress, and adjust approaches as needed to maximize communication outcomes.

You’ll join a nationwide rehabilitation leader with strong growth opportunities and a focus on compassionate, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CCC certification must be current.
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master’s degree preferred, or Bachelor’s degree with field experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, assess, develop, and administer personalized speech-language treatment plans.
• Identify issues and modify therapy as needed.
• Track and document patient performance and progress.
• Celebrate patient victories throughout care.
