Encompass Health is seeking a Speech Pathologist to join our inpatient rehabilitation team. You will evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with speech and language disorders, developing personalized plans and adjusting therapy as needed.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CCC certification or eligibility for CCC.
• Master's degree preferred; Bachelor’s degree with field experience acceptable.
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, assess, develop, and administer personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs.
• Identify issues and modify speech therapy treatment as necessary.
• Track and document patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
• Celebrate patient victories along the way.
