You will develop individualized plans, document progress, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to maximize patient outcomes and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Current licensure required by state regulations.
• CCC certification (ASHA) required or expected.
• CPR certification required or to be obtained within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, assess, develop, and administer personalized speech-language treatment plans.
• Identify issues and modify therapy as needed.
• Track and document patient progress and response to treatment.
• Celebrate patient victories and milestones.
