Job summary

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Concordville is seeking a Speech Pathologist to provide evaluation, planning, and delivery of speech and language therapy to patients. You will work within a collaborative team to help patients overcome communication challenges and measure progress with up-to-date documentation.

Applicants should hold current state licensure or certification and CCC, with CPR certification either in place or obtainable within 30 days.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• Successful completion of Speech-Language Pathology Certification (CCC).
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with field experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized treatment plans for speech and language rehabilitation.
• Identifying issues and modifying speech therapy treatment if necessary.
• Tracking and documenting patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
• Celebrating patient victories along the way.
