Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Concordville is seeking a Speech Pathologist to evaluate and treat patients with communication disorders in a supportive, collaborative environment. You will be part of a team that values compassion and strives for meaningful progress.

In this role you will design personalized treatment plans, document progress, and participate in ongoing education. A current state license and CCC are required; CPR must be current or obtained within 30 days.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC).
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master’s degree preferred, or Bachelor’s degree with field experience.

Responsabilités

• Evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs.
• Identifying issues and modifying speech therapy treatment if necessary.
• Tracking and documenting patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
• Celebrating patient victories along the way.
