Job summary

Encompass Health, the nation’s largest rehabilitation company, is seeking a Speech Pathologist to deliver assessments and treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs in our Mississippi location.

You will evaluate and develop personalized therapy programs, document progress, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and contribute to a compassionate, patient-centered care culture across our nationwide network.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CCC certification required.
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master’s degree preferred, or Bachelor’s degree with field experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, assess, develop, and administer personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs.
• Identify issues and modify speech therapy treatment as necessary.
• Track and document patient performance, progress and response to treatment.
• Celebrate patient victories along the way.
