Job summary

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of New England at Lowell is seeking a Speech Pathologist to help patients overcome speech and communication challenges in a supportive, tech-enabled environment.

You’ll evaluate, assess, develop and administer personalized treatment plans, document progress, and celebrate each patient’s victories as part of a national leader in post-acute care. We offer day-one benefits and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification as required by state regulations.
• CCC (Clinical Certification of Clinical Competence) required.
• CPR certification required or obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master's degree preferred or Bachelor’s degree with field experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized treatment plans.
• Identifying issues and modifying speech therapy treatment as needed.
• Tracking and documenting patient performance and progress.
• Celebrating patient victories along the way.
