PeaceHealth is seeking a Speech Pathologist for Home Health in Florence, Oregon. This full-time, 1.0 FTE role offers a day shift with competitive pay and relocation/hiring bonus potential. Requires Oregon state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist, CCC-SLP, and BLS. Experience in home health is preferred.
PeaceHealth is seeking a Speech Pathologist Home Health for a Full Time, 1.00 FTE, Day position. The salary range for this job opening at PeaceHealth is $46.27 – $69.41. The hiring rate is dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to education, training, work experience, terms of any applicable collective bargaining agreement, seniority, etc.

Our multi-disciplinary Home Health team consists of Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech Language Pathologists, RN’s, Medical Social Workers, Registered Dietitians and Bath Aides. Our dynamic team meets regularly providing the opportunity to collaborate with supportive peers to coordinate care and achieve optimal outcomes.

Responsible for the evaluation of patients, determining plan‑of‑care and goals of treatment, participating in treatment of patients within the scope of Speech and Language Pathology. Provides oversight to conditional licensees in the clinical fellowship year and students, in following the plan‑of‑care and treatment of patients appropriate to the age of the patient served; provides supervision to therapy aides and volunteers. Works as part of a patient care team toward the best outcomes for the patient.
