Adventist Health Columbia Gorge in The Dalles, OR, is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide evaluation and treatment of speech, language, and swallowing disorders across diverse patient populations in a hospital and affiliated settings.

The role requires state licensure as an SLP, ASHA CCC, and CPR/BLS certification; you will assess, document, and adjust therapy plans, maintain compliant records, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications

Provides speech therapy services to patients with speech, language or swallowing disorders.

Education and Work Experience:

• Speech Pathologist licensure in the state of practice
• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy
• American Speech-Language and Hearing Association (ASHA) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Facility Specific License/Certifications
• OR-SLP: Required
• WA-SLP: Required
