Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Lakeview is seeking a Speech Pathologist to evaluate and treat patients with speech and language challenges. You will develop and administer individualized plans, track progress, and adjust treatment as needed in a team-focused environment.

The position requires state licensure or certification, CCC, and CPR (or within 30 days of hire). A Master’s degree is preferred, or a Bachelor’s with field experience.

• CCC certification required.
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs.
• Identifying issues and modifying speech therapy treatment if necessary.
• Tracking and documenting patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
• Celebrating patient victories along the way.
