$15,000 sign on bonus for Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists and Speech Therapists. A 2-year commitment period is required. The Bonus payout occurs over the 2-year period.

POSITION SUMMARY:
As a Speech Language Pathologist / SLP you will:
QUALIFICATIONS:
Required Licenses: Current NC licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.
Minimum Education: Graduate of Master’s level program in Speech Language Pathology.
Certifications: AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire.
Required Skills: Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Physically, the SLP is required to assist in moving and lifting patients; to push/pull heavy objects (e.g. wheelchairs or stretchers); to stay on his/her feet for long periods; to bend and stoop; and to reach above shoulder height. Patients may vary in size from as little as 80 pounds to as large as 400 pounds and may be totally dependent in all aspects of daily living or relatively independent.
