Encompass Health is seeking a Speech Pathologist to provide expert therapy for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs. You will evaluate, design, and administer personalized treatment plans in a supportive, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CCC certification completed or in process.
• CPR certification required or to be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor’s degree with field experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs.
• Identifying issues and modifying speech therapy treatment as necessary.
• Tracking and documenting patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
• Celebrating patient victories along the way.
