Job summary

Live Well Homecare is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to diagnose, treat, and consult on communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders. You will provide therapy across pediatric to geriatric patients following regulatory guidelines, and participate in clinical education by supervising students and interns.

You will also assess and implement therapy interventions, collaborate within an interdisciplinary team, and ensure licensure and certifications are maintained according to safety

Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
  • Valid state licensure and CCC-SLP certification are required.
  • CPR/BLS certification is required.
