Health Wealth Safe is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to evaluate and treat a wide range of communication disorders, including speech, language, cognition, swallowing, voice, oral-motor functions, and hearing screenings.
You will conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, educate and train staff and patients, and collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals.

Conducts assessments, develops and implements individual and group treatment plans, provides education and training, and collaborates with physicians and healthcare professionals. Serves as a technical expert, mentors staff, and models best practices.
Master's Degree or equivalent, state licensure as a Speech Pathologist, and BLS certification. Preferred qualifications include three years of technical experience and ASHA Certification (CCC).
Completes accurate clinical documentation, performs evaluations, establishes individualized treatment and discharge plans, and ensures coordination of care. Maintains professional standards and participates in departmental activities.
Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, communication, and mentorship skills are essential. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team is required.
