Responsibilities include evaluating and designing personalized treatment plans, documenting progress, and adjusting therapy as needed to maximize outcomes in a collaborative, patient‑centered team environment.

Qualifications

• State license in Speech Language Pathology is required.
• CCC expected within the first 2 years of employment or per ASHA guidance.
• BLS (CPR) required or obtainable within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, assess, develop and administer personalized treatment plans for speech and language rehabilitation.
• Identify issues and modify speech therapy treatment as needed.
• Track and document patient performance, progress and response to treatment.
• Celebrate patient victories along the way.
