Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• CCC-SLP certification from ASHA.
• Current NJ state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.

Aufgaben

• Evaluates patients at initial visits, scheduled intervals, and discharge using standardized tests and observations.
• Develops individualized treatment plans and establishes objective goals based on patient evaluations.
• Monitors patient progress and modifies treatment goals and plans as needed to support outcomes.
• Provides medically prescribed speech-language pathology treatments in acute care and outpatient settings.
• Completes accurate documentation in the medical record regarding patient status, treatment, and progress.
• Participates in interdisciplinary team conferences and family meetings.
