Job summary

Encompass Health Corporation is seeking a Speech Pathologist to evaluate and treat patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs. You will develop personalized treatment plans, monitor progress, and adjust therapies as needed in a patient-focused environment.

Licensed in the state, with CCC certification and CPR within 30 days of hire, you will join a national inpatient rehabilitation leader offering career growth opportunities and a collaborative team culture.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• Successful completion of Speech-Language Pathology Certification (CCC).
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master’s degree preferred, or Bachelor’s degree with field experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs.
• Identifying issues and modifying speech therapy treatment if necessary.
• Tracking and documenting patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
• Celebrating patient victories along the way.
