Job summary

Mediix is partnering with an established multidisciplinary private practice in Melbourne's northern suburbs to appoint a Speech Pathologist to their growing team. You choose the caseload that suits you, whether paediatrics, adults, or a mix, with the practice shaping the role around your strengths.

This is a fully clinic-based position with no travel between clients, supported by an experienced MDT. You’ll assess, plan therapy, and collaborate with families and staff in a warm, supportive clinic.

Qualifications

• Qualified Speech Pathologist with degree in Speech Pathology.
• New graduates welcome with strong placements.
• Experience in private multidisciplinary settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Complete comprehensive assessments and formulate clinical impressions.
• Develop individualized, evidence-based therapy plans.
• Deliver 1:1 sessions in clinic with potential group work as appropriate.
• Collaborate with in-house MDT for shared clients.
• Provide coaching and education to families and carers.
• Maintain clinical documentation and reporting as required.
