Qualifications

• Current licensure or eligibility to practice as an SLP per state regulations.
• CCC Certification (ASHA) required or eligible for certification.
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology preferred, Bachelor's with field experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, assess, develop, and administer personalized speech-language treatment plans.
• Identify and modify therapy approaches based on patient progress.
• Document patient performance, progress, and responses to treatment.
• Celebrate patient progress and collaborate with care teams to optimize outcomes.
